Terms & Conditions

These terms cover your use of www.ofurecords.com (the "site") and any purchase you make from our store. The site is run by Only For Us Records ("OFUR," "we," "us"), a North American electronic music label.

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Using the site

You're welcome to browse, listen, and shop. Please use the site only for lawful, personal purposes. Content on the site is for general information and may change without notice.

2. Your conduct

When you use the site, our forms, or our store, you agree not to:

  • break any law or anyone else's rights

  • send spam, malware, or harmful code, or try to hack, overload, or interfere with the site

  • scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use bots to place orders

  • pretend to be someone else, or give false information at checkout

  • send content that's abusive, hateful, harassing, or illegal

We can block access or cancel orders when someone breaks these rules.

3. Store purchases

  • Made to order: Our merch is made on demand by our print-on-demand partner once you order. Production and shipping times are estimates. See our Refund & Shipping Policy.

  • Placing an order: Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, for example if there's a pricing error, an item becomes unavailable, or we suspect fraud.

  • Payment: Payments are processed securely by our e-commerce platform and its payment processors. You must use a payment method you're authorized to use.

  • Taxes and duties: Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Any customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Returns and refunds: Since items are made just for you, we don't accept returns for size or change of mind. We'll replace or refund items that arrive defective, damaged, or misprinted, or the wrong item. Our Refund & Shipping Policy has the full details and is part of these terms.

  • Shipping and risk: Your order ships to the address you enter at checkout. Please make sure it's correct. Our Refund & Shipping Policy explains how lost packages and wrong addresses are handled.

4. Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and can change at any time. A price change won't affect an order we've already confirmed. Products, designs, colors, and sizes may be limited, discontinued, or changed without notice. We try to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary, and since each item is made individually, small differences in color and print placement are normal.

5. Our intellectual property

The OFUR name, the Only For Us Records name, our logos and marks, and all music, recordings, artwork, photos, videos, designs, and text on the site belong to OFUR, our artists, or our licensors. They're protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may view and stream content on the site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, remix, upload, or otherwise use our music, artwork, designs, or marks without our written permission. Buying a merch item doesn't give you any right to reproduce its design.

6. Things you send us

You keep ownership of anything you send us, such as messages or links to your music. By sending it, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you allow us to review and store it so we can respond. Sending a demo or idea doesn't create any agreement or obligation for us. We may already be working on similar music or ideas, or may do so in the future.

7. Links to other sites

The site links to third-party services, such as streaming platforms and social media. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Their terms apply when you use them.

8. Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or free of harmful components. This doesn't affect any rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law, including our commitments in the Refund & Shipping Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, OFUR and its team, artists, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

10. Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law while using the site, and that leads to a claim against OFUR, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result, to the extent the law allows.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
